Con las medidas reglamentarias de un contenedor (6m x 2,40m x 2,95m), una vez llegado a su destino, una sola persona en un tiempo escaso puede convertirlo en un bar dotado de todos los equipamientos necesarios. Sus mecanismos de alta precisión lo alejan de la imagen de provisionalidad típica de las unidades ambulantes. Un sistema mecánico de guías desplaza hacia fuera la barra del bar y otro de pistones hidráulicos levanta la torre para publicidad, que identifica al bar de forma inmediata. Las paredes laterales se abaten automáticamente hacia arriba y hacia abajo ampliando el techo y el suelo, y otorgándole su peculiar forma ovalada. El techo provee de un buen espacio de sombra; el suelo, de una superficie para colocar mesas. Agregando otra unidad –sin el núcleo bar– se duplica el área de la terraza. Por muchas unidades que se acoplen, el bar mantiene su transparencia y, por tanto, su integración con el paisaje.

Built to the same statutory measurements as a container (6m x 2.4m x 2.95m), once arrived at its destination, it can be quickly converted by just one person into a bar fitted with all the necessary equipment. Highly precise mechanisms distance it from the temporary image of typical mobile units. The counter rolls out from the unit on a mechanical system of runners, and hydraulic pistons lift the tower for advertising signs, which make the bar instantly recognisable. The side walls automatically swing down and up to enlarge the floor and ceiling, giving the unit its striking oval shape. The roof provides ample shade and the floor provides an area for tables. Adding another unit – without the central bar – doubles the terrace space. No matter how many units are joined, the bar maintains its transparency and integration with the surroundings.
